This machine is based on the new international standards and national standards and design and manufacture of non-metallic material test instrument, mainly used for plastic, hard rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, long fiber reinforced composite materials, high strength thermosetting laminating materials and other non-metallic materials of thermal deformation temperature and the measurement of VECA softening point temperature.

Working principle:
Definition of VEKAT (VST) : the sample is placed in a liquid medium or heating box, and the temperature of the standard pressing needle under the action of (50+1) N force is measured when it is pressed into the sample 1mm cut from the pipe or pipe fittings.
Definition of thermal deformation (HDT) : the standard specimen is subjected to a constant three-point bending load in a horizontal (preferably) or lateral manner to produce one of the bending stresses specified in the relevant section of GB/T 1634. Under the condition of constant temperature rise, the temperature at which the standard deflection corresponding to the specified bending strain increment is measured is reached.
