  USES:

  

  Rotary evaporator is an indispensable instrument in the process of evaporation, concentration, crystallization, drying, separation and solvent recovery in the scientific research and production of pharmaceutical, chemical, biological products and other industries. The rotary evaporator is developed by using the principle of constant temperature heating and film evaporation under vacuum and negative pressure. The rotating evaporator uses stepleless speed regulation to make the glass rotating bottle rotate at a constant speed, and the material forms a large area of uniform film on the bottle wall. Then the rotating bottle is heated evenly by the intelligent constant temperature water bath, and evaporates at a high speed under vacuum condition. The solvent vapor is cooled by the efficient glass condenser and recycled into the collection bottle. The rotary evaporator is provided with a feeding interface, and the rotating evaporator above 5 liters is provided with another feeding port, which is easy to work automatically and continuously in the evaporation process; More than 10 liters with double condenser (main cooling, secondary cooling) condensation effect is better, higher recovery rate. Because the instrument is working under vacuum conditions, and the contact parts with materials are all high temperature borosilicate glass and polytetrafluoroethylene materials, so the instrument is especially suitable for the heat sensitive materials and corrosion of stainless steel and other metal materials of the material concentration, crystallization, separation, solvent recovery.


  Features:

  

  The rotary body adopts brushless motor, which can rotate stably in the range of 10-120rpm, which has reached the advanced level at home and abroad.

  

  1, the main structure of a large number of aluminum alloy parts, firm and beautiful.

  

  2. The main machine of rotary evaporator can automatically lift up and down, and the lifting stroke is 180mm.

  

  3. The condenser adopts double pipeline convection condenser to ensure high recovery rate and is used for evaporating organic solvents. And the use of vertical condenser saves space.

  

  4. The rotating shaft is made of high borosilicate glass, and the connecting part is made of Teflon oil seal, which has high sealing degree and good effect.

  

  5, The equipment is equipped with a heating tank, closed resistance wire heater, water or oil heating temperature from room temperature to 99℃ or 400℃, water tank is made of high quality stainless steel barrel, corrosion resistance, long service life. Bath pan intelligent temperature control, digital display, temperature control by PT100 sensor. When the water temperature reaches the preselected temperature, the controller automatically cuts off the power supply of the heater. When the temperature is lower than the temperature of the controller automatically connected to the heater power supply; In this way, the water temperature in the tank is constant.

  

  6, The equipment speed digital display, the speed is stable, can be set through the speed adjustment of the rotation speed, intuitive and convenient.

  

  7. The device has a vacuum display function.

  

  Instrument installation

  

  The rotary evaporator is composed of a host, a glass part and a lifting and constant temperature water bath.

  

  The installation location of the machine should be flat, close to water and sewer, power and vacuum source.

  

  First, the host part

  

  Vertical main frame, usually back against the wall, leaving 0.5-1 meters of channel, easy maintenance. If the ground is uneven, the chassis should be flat.

  

  Second, the glass part

  

  Glass assembly is the key point of the instrument and the key to air tightness. The following points should be strictly achieved:

  

  1, after unpacking the first check whether there is damage, if found that is to contact the relevant departments to find out the reason, to negotiate the remedy. The Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by product defects due to the fault of sales, storage, transportation, assembly or users.

  

  2. Remove packaging and fillers and carefully clean all glass pieces. If using organic solution, do not touch plastic parts or paint parts, if necessary, please remove the glass accessories before cleaning, please remember the assembly relationship when removing.

  

  3. The sealing surface of all standard ports, flanges and pistons should be scrubbed clean. After drying, vacuum silicone grease should be reapplied to ensure the vacuum degree of the instrument.

  

  4. Fully adjust the movable joints, tighten the nuts after the flange alignment, otherwise the glass will be damaged.

  

  Glass installation steps:

  

  1. Fix the flange of the side of the gas guide cylinder on the left side of the machine head with the nut. Before installation, please check whether the ¢43×3.55 "O" ring on the end face of the glass air guide shaft in the machine head is intact. Tighten the retaining nut and turn the main shaft of the head by hand. The resistance shall be similar to that of tightening the retaining nut. No half turn light half turn heavy phenomenon.

  

  2. Connect the flange port of the side of the condenser and the flange port behind the guide cylinder with a flange (note: there is a PTFE pad on the sealing surface). Do: 1. The condenser needs to be vertical; Two, the condenser needs no loosening. This is the benchmark for glass installation and is very important. R-1005 directly connect the condenser to the guide cylinder.

  

  3. Connect the upper mouth of the collecting bottle with the lower mouth of the condenser (note: there is a PTFE check valve on the sealing surface), repeatedly adjust the center and upper and lower distance of the large bracket, so that the flange of the collecting bottle interface is aligned with the lower flange of the condenser and fixed with a flange.

  

  1. Connect the two Φ35 flanged discharge valves with the 35 flanges of the collecting bottle (note: there is a PTFE pad on the sealing surface).

  

  2. Connect the Φ35 flange feeding valve with the 35 flange on the left side of the guide cylinder (note: there is a PTFE pad on the sealing surface).

  

  3, plug in the power plug, open the power switch, try the transfer head, stepless speed regulation is stable, no jitter, no abnormal noise. Ensure that the head speed regulation is normal, and then install the rotating bottle.

  

  4. Insert the stop pin into the ¢6mm hole on the rotating head, turn the spindle and lock the spindle.

  

  5. Connect the rotating bottle with the machine head, tighten the big nut, pay attention to the bottle mouth is sealed on the end face, and confirm that the "O" ring is in the grooves of the PTFE parts.

  

  6. Pull out the stop pin and rotate the spindle easily and freely by hand. Power from slow to fast rotation of the rotating bottle, should be stable, no loosening.

  

  7. If you need to remove the rotating bottle, insert the stop pin, and the reverse nut can be removed.

  

  Three, water bath

  

  1. Pour clean water into the water bath pot to two-thirds of the position.

  

  2, the user will plug the power cord into the AC 220V voltage three-wire socket with ground (please strictly in accordance with the wiring label mark wiring, L-fire line; N - zero; D- ground). Close the air switch on the user terminal, and the water bath pot will start to work.

  

  Four, take over the road

  

  1. Connect the vacuum tube and water pipe behind the equipment.

  

  2, test vacuum, the installation of normal vacuum up to -0.096Mpa to keep for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, check all the interface or vacuum pump itself.

  

  3, try the cooling water, normal installation should be smooth, no leakage.

  

  Evaporation conditions

  

  The rotational evaporation rate depends on three conditions:

  

  1. The higher the vacuum, the faster the evaporation speed. The vacuum degree of water evaporation should not be less than 0.096MPa.

  

  2, the higher the water temperature, the faster the evaporation speed, but generally do not exceed 80℃, according to the specific process requirements.

  

  3. The lower the cooling water temperature, the faster the evaporation speed, and the better the effect of refrigeration water.

  

  Operating procedures

  

  1. Vacuum pumping: after opening the vacuum pump, it is found that the vacuum can not be hit. It should be checked whether the bottle mouth is well sealed, whether the vacuum pump itself leaks air, whether the sealing ring at the rotating shaft is intact, and a vacuum switch in series in the external vacuum tube can improve the recovery rate and the evaporation speed.

  

  2, feeding: using the vacuum negative pressure of the system, liquid can be sucked into the rotating bottle with PTFE hose on the feeding port, liquid should not exceed half of the rotating bottle. This instrument can be continuous feeding, feeding needs to pay attention to: ① turn off the vacuum pump; Stop heating; (3) After the evaporation stops, slowly open the feeding valve cock to prevent backflow.

  

  3. Heating: This instrument is equipped with specially designed water bath, which needs to add water first and then power on. The temperature control range is 0-400℃ for reference. Due to the existence of thermal inertia, the actual water temperature should be about 2 degrees higher than the set temperature, and the set value can be modified when used. Temperature setting: power on the water bath, SET the required temperature, press SET key, the upper row shows SP. Press the shift key (<; & lt;) Make the number that needs to be modified flash, press the up or down key, make the bottom row display as the desired value. Press SET again to return to standard mode.

  

  4, Rotation: open the speed switch, adjust the rotation to the best speed, pay attention to avoid water vibration wave.

  

  5. Connect the cooling water.

  

  6. Recycling solvent: turn off the vacuum pump, open the feeding switch to deflate, and take out the solvent in the bottle.

  

  Matters needing attention

  

  1. Vacuum degree is an important process parameter of rotary evaporator, and users often encounter the problem that vacuum degree can not be hit. This is often related to the nature of the use of solvent, biochemical pharmaceutical industry often water, ethanol, propionic alcohol, acetic acid, ethyl ester, ether, petroleum ether, chloroform, methyl benzene and so on as solvent, and the general vacuum can not resist strong organic solvent, can first choose strong corrosion resistance special vacuum pump. (Recommends the use of water cycle vacuum pump, our factory has sold) a simple way to test whether the instrument is leaking -- clip off the external vacuum leather tube, observe the vacuum gauge on the instrument, whether it can keep for five minutes. If there is air leakage, check whether the sealing joints and the sealing rings on the rotating shaft are effective (see Maintenance). On the contrary, the instrument is normal to check the vacuum pump and vacuum pipe.

  

  2, the instrument motor using E insulation, winding polyester high-strength enameled wire, the use of the environment, the altitude is not more than 1000 meters, the ambient temperature is not more than 40℃, continuous use of motor surface temperature rise (motor surface temperature and the environment difference) is not more than 45℃ is normal can rest assured to use. If the temperature rise exceeds 45℃, check the relevant transmission lubrication system. If the ambient temperature is very high and the water bath temperature is also very high, the user can use the fan to cool it.

  

  3, glass should be handled gently, before and after use should be cleaned and dried.

  

  4. The heating tank should be filled with water first and then electrified. Dry heating without water is strictly prohibited.

  

  5. Before the installation of the grinding instrument, a small amount of vacuum grease should be evenly applied to increase the air tightness.

  

  6. After installation, the head should be locked tightly and cannot be moved.

  

  7, precious solution should be done simulation test, confirm the application of the instrument before the normal use.

  

  8, accurate water temperature is directly measured with a thermometer.

  

  9. When the final work is over, turn off the switch and unplug the power plug.

  

  maintenance

  

  1, rotary head sealing maintenance:

  

  The end seal is between the rotating bottle and the rotating head. If the O-ring is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Random attached 1, a standard part, users can purchase by themselves. The gas guide shaft is non-rotating, and the main shaft seal of the rotating head is undertaken by Teflon oil seal. The normal service life can reach more than half a year. If wear, aging or solution loss effect is found, replace it in time. Please buy Teflon oil seal of the same size when replacing.

  

  2, rotary head lubrication maintenance:

  

  Normal rotating head with hand rotation should be flexible, no card, clip, weight phenomenon. Lubrication failure will use the motor heat, PTFE sleeve and oil seal damage, so it is necessary to regular maintenance.

  

  Once a month, clean the outer circle of the gas guide shaft and the inner hole of the oil seal, recoat the high-grade grease with temperature resistance above 120℃, and scrub the extruded oil after recovery.

  

  3. Cleaning glass:
